Our History
Opened in December 2016, 'Fukushima' was established by Takayuki Fukushima, who was captivated by the depth of French cuisine and serves as the chef. He has honed his skills in many French restaurants, starting with his training experience in France, and showcases the results at this restaurant. Gaining the support of food enthusiasts, its reputation has continued to spread since then.
Takayuki Fukushima
Chef Takayuki Fukushima developed an interest in cooking during high school and became fascinated with French cuisine. He trained at numerous restaurants in France and Japan, particularly honing his skills in charcoal grilling. His free-spirited ideas and meticulous work result in dishes that astonish visitors. His wife also provides a pleasant service, warmly welcoming those who come to visit.
